第1条　適用

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MATRIGアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・起動した時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

第2条　サービスの概要

本アプリは、PCおよびスマートフォン上で動作するカスタマイズ可能なコマンド・マクロパッドアプリです。 ユーザーはボタンにコマンドやアプリケーションを割り当て、ワンタッチで操作できます。 PC版とモバイル版をLAN経由で連携させることも可能です。

第3条　利用条件

• 本アプリは個人・業務を問わず無償で利用できます。
• 本アプリをリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・改変することを禁じます。
• 本アプリを無断で再配布・販売することを禁じます。
• 本アプリを利用して違法な行為を行うことを禁じます。

第4条　禁止事項

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 他者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 本アプリを用いた不正アクセス・攻撃行為
• 本アプリのソースコードを無断で複製・改変・公開する行為

第5条　知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権はすべて開発者に帰属します。 本規約は、ユーザーに対して本アプリを利用する権利を付与するものであり、 知的財産権を譲渡するものではありません。

第6条　免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供されます。開発者は以下の事項について責任を負いません。

• 本アプリの利用によってユーザーに生じた損害
• 本アプリの不具合・バグ・動作不良
• 本アプリが実行するコマンドによってユーザーの環境に生じた変化・損害
• サービスの中断・終了

特に、本アプリはシステムコマンドを実行する機能を持つため、 ユーザー自身が設定したコマンドの内容および実行結果についてはユーザー自身が責任を負うものとします。

第7条　アプリの変更・終了

開発者はいつでも本アプリの機能を変更・追加・削除することができます。 また、予告なくサービスを終了する場合があります。 これらによりユーザーに生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。

第8条　規約の変更

開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。 変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、 以降の本アプリ利用をもって変更に同意したものとみなします。

第9条　準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。 本規約に関して紛争が生じた場合は、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or launching MATRIG (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

MATRIG is a customizable command and macro pad application for PC and mobile devices. Users can assign commands and applications to buttons for one-touch execution. PC and mobile versions can be linked over a local area network (LAN).

3. License

• The App may be used free of charge for personal or commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App is prohibited.
• Redistribution or resale of the App without permission is prohibited.
• Using the App for any illegal purpose is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on the rights of others
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Using the App for unauthorized access or attacks
• Copying, modifying, or distributing the App's source code without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including copyright and trademarks, belong to the developer. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the App and do not transfer any intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for:

• Any damages arising from your use of the App
• Bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
• Changes or damage to your system caused by commands you configure
• Service interruption or termination

Because the App executes system commands, you are solely responsible for the commands you configure and their effects.

7. Changes and Termination

The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. The developer is not liable for any resulting damages.

8. Changes to Terms

The developer may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the developer's jurisdiction.
